About Us
I’m Aleem Iqbal. I love building no-nonsense tools that solve small problems perfectly. ATM to kPa Converter is one of those tools—born from my own frustration while double-checking pressure conversions during late-night study and project sessions.
Why I built atmtokpa.com
Pressure conversions look simple, but accuracy matters—especially when you’re writing lab reports, tuning simulations, or sanity-checking specs. I wanted a converter that is:
- Exact by default (uses 1 atm = 101.325 kPa).
- Fast with real-time updates and sensible defaults.
- Explained clearly (formulae and examples right next to the inputs).
My approach to accuracy
I prefer explicit factors, reproducible rounding, and transparent logic. Wherever possible, I keep the UI minimal and the math visible. The site avoids dark UX patterns and doesn’t hide simple answers behind bloated interfaces.
Who this is for
- Students who need quick, reliable references for assignments and lab work.
- Engineers and technicians validating specs or preparing docs.
- Anyone who wants a clean, mobile-friendly converter without distractions.
What’s next
I maintain a network of specialized calculators and educational pages. For this site, I’m exploring more unit contexts (e.g., bar, Pa) and printable reference cards—while keeping the core experience fast and uncluttered.
